The North Dakota American Legion Family extends it deep sympathy to the families of Rosella "Sally" Schneider, wife of Past Department Historian Marlin Schneider and the family of Past Department Commander Treumann Lykken. Full obituaries are posted on the obituary page.

This site is meant to share news and information about those people that are active in The ND American Legion Family so that we can keep up with each other in between District meetings, Winter Conference and Department Conventions.

Too often we hear about someone being ill after they recover and it is too late to send a card. Or we hear that someone passed away after the funeral has been held.

So if you will email information to me I will try and get it posted here ASAP so that those that wish to can send a card, attend an event or whatever. This site will only work with your help!

I will place the latest news on top of the Hot News Page. Admittedly I probably won't clear out much of the old news, so there will be a lot of news on the Hot News Page that is only warm or cold.
